Sinful Snickers Bars
Passed on to me from Janine, this one lives up to its name: sinfully good!
I box chocolate pudding
2 cups fat-free vanilla ice
cream
I cup fat-free Cool Whip
3oz grapenuts
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1. Mix everything together and freeze! It really does taste JUST like a Snickers bar but with about half of the points!

I calculated Weight Watchers points for this recipe, using what I had on hand to make this Sunday morning. WITH regular vanilla ice cream and regular pudding mix (last time I used fat-free ice cream and fat-free, sugar-free pudding), it equaled 6 points. Just plan them into your day - it's SO worth it!
