Crock pot Lasagna

Maybe it's being pregnant, maybe it's the weather.  Most likely it's just me being me.  Whatever the cause, I've become a very lazy cook lately.  So we're big fans of tasty crock pot recipes.  If you have any delicious ones, send them my way.  Here's our latest tasty attempt:

Crock pot Lasagna

1 pound Italian sausage, cooked and drained
26 oz spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
Container of ricotta cheese
1 egg
3 cups mozzo cheese, reserve 1 cup for top of lasagna
Parlsey
Garlic powder, to taste
6 lasagna noodles, UNCOOKED

1.  Combine sausage, sauce and water in a large bowl.
2.  Combine ricotta cheese, egg, mozzo cheese, parsley and garlic powder.
3.  Pour 1 cup of sauce in the bottom of the crock pot.  Break noodles to fit into the pot.  Cover with half of the ricotta cheese mixture.
4.  Layer half the remaining sauce, then half the remaining noodles and ricotta mix.
5.  Final layer of noodles, sauce, then top with 1 cup of mozzo cheese.
6.  Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
