Chicken Rice Bake

An easy and super-tasty recipe, shared with us by Cindy Lensch.  Enjoy!

1 pound chicken breast (this can be frozen)
1 box Uncle Ben's instant long-grain rice, butter and herb flavor
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1.  Mix rice, seasoning packet and soup together. 
2.  Put chicken in large crock pot, covering with soup/rice mixture.
3.  Cook on high for 3 - 4 hours (or low for 6 - 8 hours), stirring to be sure each piece of chicken is covered by soup.
