Cheeze-It Baked Chicken
If there were any way to make Cheeze-It brand crackers better, THIS is it!
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into "chicken-strip" size
2 cups of Cheeze-It crackers, crushed and placed in a large baggie
small quantity of egg wash (egg white with a little milk)
1. Cut up chicken, then crush crackers
2. Place chicken pieces, 2 to 3 at a time, in the baggie of crushed crackers. Seal and shake to cover.
3. When all pieces are throughly coated with crackers, place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 - 30 minutes, or until chicken in done through.
So good, even CARTER asked for second's!!!
