Cheesy Ham & Cheese

Here's another stolen but tasty dinner.  I got this from Anna, who borrowed it for Courtney's birthday from a friend.  It's totally worth passing along!

Ham and Cheese

1 small block Velvetta Mexican cheese (in stores with the Velvetta cheese)
1 can fat-free evaporated milk
1/2 stick margarine
2 packages thick-sliced ham
Whole wheat buns

1.  Cut Velvetta into cubes.  Place milk and butter in a large saucepan on the stove top on low heat.  Add cheese and slowly melt.

2.  Cook at low temperature for 30 minutes or until thoroughly melted and heated.  Add ham.

3.  Continue to cook for 5 - 10 minutes to warm ham.

4.  Serve, with cheesy sauce, on buns. 

Yummy and easy - my kinda meal!
