It has been a record breaking year for snow. In the metro, we've gotten over 50 inches of snow so far, and we still have 20 days until spring.
But it warmed enough for Carter and I to enjoy an afternoon outside. She was so excited to climb the mountains of snow!

Carter is 44 inches tall. The snow along our front walkway is up to her shoulders. I'm so tired of shoveling scoopfuls of snow and trying to find a place to put it!

Walking to the buried playground

On a normal summer day, Carter can't reach the rings. Even with her best jump, she's not even close! But with 5 feet of snow, it's an easy task!

Our own little sledding hill! Carter's nearly as tall as our tree!

That's the 6 foot fence next to our neighbor's. We climbed to the top, and Carter stepped over the fence to the neighbors. Not cool, Mother Nature. Not cool.
