Understandably so, as the 4-6 year old soccer league continues, Carter gets a little better each week. This week, she was a beast ... until she got her finger stepped on and a splinter (how do you get a splinter in a rubber-and-plastic elementary gym?!?? Only Carter!). After some TLC, a pep talk and Daddy-surgery to remove the splinter, she was back in and bringing her A game.
Next week - a goal!
She might not always be at the front of the pack, or even into what's going on at a particular moment, but look at that face. She loves this!
