At school, we start every school year out with a get-to-know-you activity called "I Am." Each person gets up and tells "what" they are. Mine goes like this: I am Kelly Chalupa, and I am a daughter, a mother, a friend, a wife, a teacher, an aunt ...." I'm pretty proud of being an aunt because it isn't something that, as an only child, I never thought I'd get to be. I am thankful for each and every family member and friend I'm lucky enough to be blessed with, but I'm very thankful for my girls, Carter and Courtney.
And they are oh so wonderful!
