Oh Lord! We're so close to deck completion! The original, hazardous deck came down last May, and the new, sparkling, wonderful, luxurious deck will be finished by "this weekend," I have been told. Andy has said he's not making any more "predictions" or giving me anymore "due dates." Since he's told me it'll be done by Saturday, expect a tsunami in Iowa to keep him from completing it!
He's about three dozen cross boards and a box of screws from being done! Woo hoo! A Carter-related celebration can be held outside (last year's shower had to be moved inside because there was no deck!)
